We ship your lovingly-wrapped package ASAP after your order from our offices in Omaha, Nebraska. We love the U.S. Postal service, so look for your mail carrier within 5-7 days of your order! International shipping delivery times may vary between 2 and 6 weeks. We cannot be responsible for lost or stolen packages, so please specify a secure shipping address.

You can view our complete return policy here. All sales are final. Big companies have trained us to think otherwise, but the cost of returns and refunds is a lot for a small business to bear. Please read all descriptions thoroughly and examine photos and contact us if you have additional questions. If it doesn't work out, we suggest reselling it or gifting it to someone else. If it's a big issue, contact us and we'll do our best to make it right. Above all, we are committed to doing whatever we can to get your day back on track to being wonderful. 

You can order from Ceremony as a guest. At the end of each order, you will have the option to create an account. Joining is cool because it will also include you on our once-in-a-while (it's not an annoying daily thing) mailing list where you can find out about new inventory, sales, and what's happening behind the scenes.

You can purchase a gift card and it will be e-mailed to you for you to share with the recipient.

Yes. Leave a note with your order, or after placing your order, email us at shopceremonyomaha@gmail.com and we will coordinate gift wrap for you.

Always order your usual size unless it's indicated on the product listing that an items runs larger or smaller. We do our best in our individual product descriptions to provide measurements and sizing guidelines. If you have any specific questions about sizing, please don't hesitate to contact us through our contact form or on Instagram. We would love to measure anything that you have questions about.

We love our international customers and we strive to offer the quickest shipping at the lowest prices around the world. We ship using USPS Priority International. We make every effort to mark packages correctly to lessen duties, taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the customer to pay.
